BIRTHDAY PARTIES
The Imaginarium is the perfect location for your child’s party, a fully interact magical space that is fully accessible and will provide lots of creative and imaginative play.
BOOKING INFORMATION
Party Room Booking Price:
To hire a room for 2 hours is £40 paid in advance when booking and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Admission to the Imaginarium Storyland:
Each guest is required to purchase a ticket to the Imaginarium on the day of the party.
£5 per child
£3 per adult

Time slots:
11am to 1pm
2pm to 4pm
Maximum number per party is 30 guests.
(Including children and adults)
Food Options:
At the Imaginarium there is an onsite café which is operated by Caring Coins Community Café. Caring coins offer a range of party food options.
Please state when booking, your preferred food option.

Food from outside the venue is not permitted except for a birthday cake.

A booking form must be fully completed at the time of booking. (Available on the website.)

Booking is not confirmed until confirmation email is sent. If the booking is not confirmed the venue hire fee will be refunded.

All adults and children attending the party must purchase a ticket to gain
admittance. -
Children must be always supervised.

The Imaginarium is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended in the party room or storyland.

Please ensure that you include a total number of guests that will be attending, extra party food will not be available on the party date and extra guests will be charged to enter the Imaginarium.
